Kacie Pedini
Kacie Haggerty-Pedini started in Post Production in 1997 with experience spanning from film, Digital Intermediate, and VFX.
After a few years in film handling, Kacie moved into facility management, Digital Intermediate Producer, and Executive production for large feature Digital Intermediates. Utilizing her management skills to increase productivity and client relations, Kacie was brought in as the VP of production with Studio8FX in 2009 to help build and grow the company.
Studio8FX is now an Internationally known post-production option for Visual Effects Facilities in the United States of America, Canada, Europe, and Australia. As SVP of Sales and Production, she continues to grow the company with a focus on personal attention to our clients.
Anne Johnson-Rogers
Anne is a native to Los Angeles and has been an asset to the Entertainment industry for over 20 years. She began in the Art Department working on commercials and music videos. After several dedicated years, contributing her creativity and unquestionable work ethic, she transitioned into Post Production.
Anne spent the next two decades working in Feature Films and Visual Effects as a Producer, ultimately gaining her role as a Senior Digital Intermediate Producer at leading Los Angeles Post houses.
Studio8FX was fortunate to hire her as a VFX Producer in 2020 and she has become a vital part of our intimate team.
Anne lives in Venice California with her husband Erik, spending time painting, gardening and teaching her new cat Tove, to love nature walks.
Tom Nguyen
After finishing the Marine Corps as an aircraft mechanic in 1998, Tom pursued his BA in Anthropology from USC in 2001 and then another BA in Media Arts and Animation from the Arts Institute of LA in 2003.
In 2021, Tom received his MBA from RMIT. Tom’s first movie was on the Polar Express as a motion capture editor and has since moved into various roles in visual effects from roto, paint, tracker, and 3d artist. In 2006 he began as a Design Lecturer at RMIT University in Vietnam and continues to teach part-time presently.
Tom Nguyen has run Studio8FX operations in Vietnam since 2008 to the present. Tom is a serious toy collector and does toy design projects with his students in his spare time.
